FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on 11/12/2024. No evidence of vermin observed during the follow-up inspection. All affected areas have been cleaned and sanitized with Alpha-HP disinfectant. Harborage/ entry points have been repaired and sealed. The seafood section hand wash sink was fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Conducted in conjunction with CO0155744.

Subsequent follow up inspections after first follow up shall be billed $298/hr during business hours and $645/hr during non business hours upon availability. Observed rodent droppings in the following areas: 1. On the floor behind the display freezers. 2. On shelving behind boxes of rice and sauce packets. 3. Under assorted self service nut dispensers. 4. On the floor within the grease disposal room. No evidence of contamination of food observed at the time of inspection. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. All contaminated surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized; and contributing factors such as cleaning, repairs, and the elimination of harborages shall be resolved. [COS] Affected areas were cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 11/14/2024. If evidence of vermin is observed during the follow-up inspection, further enforcement actions may be forthcoming.

[CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

Observed the build-up of dirt and debris under equipment at the following areas: 1. Behind display freezers at the north east side of the store. 2. Below counters/ equipment within the cheese cutting area. 3. On the ground of the grease disposal room. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
