    Hot water at faucet of 2 comp sink measured at 107F. [CA] A minimum of 120F is required.

    The cold water faucet for the 2 compartment sink is unable to turn off unless the water valve on the side wall in dish room is turned off. [CA] Repair/replace the plumbing fixture so that the cold water can turn off using the faucet. Note- Provide a soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser at the 2 compartment sink and designate a sink for hand washing.
