Notes: - A complaint investigation was conducted in conjunction with the routine inspection. - Smoker was impounded. Facility has an open service request to install a smoker. Smoker impounded. SR0880965. - Discussed the open Service Request to permit the storage container as a Satellite. Per Jess, they no longer wish to continue the project. SR0874628. - Facility had a small meat grinder that does not have ANSI accreditation. Unit was still in original packaging. Informed them to provide details of meat grinder to district specialist for approval. - Per new General Manager, their Food Safety Certificated individual recently left the facility. Ensure to obtain a Food Safety Certificate within 60 days.
