    In the warewash room and the hallway towards the back exit, observed flooring has been dug up and wooden boards covering the floor. [CA] Ensure floors are properly repaired with an approved flooring that is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. In the warewash area, observed various cracks and crevices in the walls and FRP panels. [CA] Ensure facility walls are sealed to prevent harborage of vermin.
