Note: Per Laura, they had the dishwasher replaced a month ago and it was a like for like replacement. The previous report noted a chlorine based dishwasher and a hot water dishwasher was observed today. Further evaluation required.

    In the kitchen area, near the custodial closet and exit, a dead cockroach was observed. No other evidence of cockroach infestation was observed. [COS] Staff cleaned the floor of the dead body at time of the inspection.
