    Chlorine sanitize prepared at the three compartment sink is measured at 200 ppm. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds. [COS] Employee added more water to bring the concentration to 100 ppm.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Soap dispenser for handwash sink located in the kitchen is in disrepair and unable to dispense soap. [CA] All parts of handwash sinks shall be maintained in repair and operable. This includes providing warm water, soap, and single-use paper towels. Soap was available in squeeze bottle at three compartment sink located adjacent to the handwash sink.
