Routinely clean and sanitize. 2. Second Repeat Violation: Boxes and freezer are blocking hallway to restroom. [CA] Ensure the restroom is accessible to facility employees at all times. Allow for at least 30 inches of space to pass through. 3. No toilet tissue was available in the restroom. [CA] Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 11/20/24. K30: Operator purchased dunnage racks for walk in cooler and walk in freezer. All food is being stored 6 inches above the floors. K35: Majority of the cardboard has been removed from the facility. Some cardboard observed in walk in freezer (stuck to blocks of ice). Operator stated that he will be melting the blocks of ice and removing the remaining cardboard. Pictures will be sent to district specialist within 2 weeks to verify compliance. K43: Toilet facility is still an issue. Per operator, he will be hiring someone to help him clean/sanitize restroom. Pictures will be sent to district specialist within 2 weeks to verify compliance.
