    Bottom piece of evaporator in the walk-in cooler is partially detached and observed tilted to allow condensate to drip into a pan. [Corrective Action] Repair the evaporator.

    1. Observed a 2 door steamer unit not in use. Per PIC, the unit has not been used in 10 years. [Corrective Action] Remove unused equipments from the facility. 2. Observed buckets and other miscellaneous items blocking walkway around shelving in the dry storage room. [Corrective Action] Remove items that are not necessary for the restaurant operation. Organize the dry storage room.

  • K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean

    1. Oil accumulation on the ceiling panels and piping above the steamer unit. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean. 2. Observed decorative wall panel at the handwash sink at the service area does not appear to be easily cleanable and is secured to the wall with tape. [Corrective Action] The wall panel at the handwash sink shall be made of material that is smooth, durable and easily cleanable.
