ROUTINE INSPECTION
The walk in refrigerator is at 55 degrees F. The apple juice says that it must be kept refrigerated and is at 55 degrees F. [CA] The juice must be kept at 41 degrees F and below. The manager is scanning them all to throw away. They must be discarded since they were not kept at proper temperature. The walk in refrigerator must be repaired to hold 41 degrees F and below.
The soap dispenser in the mens restroom is on the floor. [CA] Provide soap dispenser in the mens restroom for proper hand washing.
The beverage refrigerators in the front have accumulated debris in them and also on the plastic sliders. [CA] Clean and sanitize the inside of the unit. There is cardboard lining the shelves in the Frito Lay area. [CA] Remove the cardboard from the shelves.
