    1. In the front of house area, in the cabinet under the hand sink, a single dead cockroach was found. 2. In the back of house area, on the floor under the storage rack near the walk in freezer, several dead and dried cockroaches were found. [CA] Ensure to maintain the facility free of animals, pests, and vermin. Clean and sanitize the affected areas. [COS] Staff cleaned and sanitized the areas. PIC provided service records of pest control. Last service was on 9/23/2024 at 4 am. Report noted no live activity. Inspector observed pest control measures such as bait stations and powdered pesticide behind ovens and deli slicer. Continue to provide pest control as needed.
