Note: 1. Food safety manager certificate: There is no a food safety certified person in the school cafeteria. 2. The school gets prepackaged food products from the Mt. Pleasant School District warehouse. It reheats and serves the hot-held potentially hazardous food products. Any leftover is discarded after lunch is over. 3. According to the USDA guideline, schools serving lunch through the School Lunch program must have a written HACCP plan in place. Please keep a copy in the cafeteria.
