The cafeteria was issued a conditional pass for employees to wash hand properly and for storing food out of safe temperature zones. During today's inspection, both violations were verified to be addressed. Therefore, the facility is issued a pass green placard. However, the warm water supply issue on the two handwash stations located in the front preparation area has not been resolved. Therefore, As you may be aware, the first follow-up inspection shall be conducted free of charge. However, any subsequent follow-up inspection after first follow-up shall be billed $282.00/hour, minimum one hour, during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM), and $645 for the first 2 hours, thereafter $298 each additional hour, during non-business hours, and upon inspector availability. Please contact the district inspector to schedule a chargable follow-up inspection.

[CA] For easy floor cleaning and to prevent insect/rodent infestation and hiding, store all utensils/equipment at least six inches off the floor on approved shelf/dunnage rack at all the time.

Boba beans on big container was stored on the front tea station was also measured at 110 oF. The PIC said the boba was boiled an hour ago as well. [CA] All potentially hazardous foods like meat, seafood, poultry, dairy products, cooked vegetables, cooked cereals, greens, and diced avocados shall always be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above unless the food products are stored outside this temperature with time as a public health control method. The manager is told to either code the food products to be used within the next three hours or rapid the product inside the walk-in freezer. The cold food products were stored on ice bath while the boba bean was time-coded to be used within the next three hours (SA).
