    Sanitizer within the 3-Compartment sink was measured at 0PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Maintain chemical solution for manual warewashing at 100 ppm (1Tbs of bleach (5.25%)/gal of water) for chlorine and 200 ppm (1 tbs of quaternary ammonium (10%)/2 gal of water) for quaternary ammonium. [COS] PIC changed out water within the compartments and added chlorine; re-measured at 100PPM.

    Walk in freezer has a leak inside of the unit. No food within unit noted at the time of inspection. [CA] Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. Make repairs.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Hand wash station next to prep table is missing paper towels inside of dispenser at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked at all times. [COS] PIC added paper towels inside of dispenser.
