ROUTINE INSPECTION
Observed the meat balls on the warmer at 86 degrees F. [CA] The meat balls that were opened yesterday must be reheated to 165 degrees F before putting on the steam table. [COS] The employee threw them away stating that she got busy and was going to reheat in the microwave but will just throw them away.
No food handler or food safety certificate available. [CA] At least one employee must have a food safety certificate and all others a food handler card.
