The only hadnwash in back preparation area did not have paper towels. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers at all times during operation. [COS] PIC replaced paper towels.

Milk on counter measured 52F and oatmilk on counter measured 53F. Per PIC, the milks had been out for a minimum of 30 minutes, no more than one hour. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Milks were placed back into under counter refrigeration to cool down.

Observed small black flies in back area around three compartment sink. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

Several food handler cards were expired at time of inspection. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler available for review. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.
