Operator stated that raw pooled eggs were placed in unit at 7am. All other food items were placed in unit less than 3 hours prior. [CA] Potentially hazardous foods shall be held cold at 41F or below. [SA] Raw shell eggs were voluntarily discarded. Remaining food items were relocated to the display cooler portion of front walk in cooler.

    Mold like substances built up inside the ice machine. Mold like substances built up on rolling racks inside the walk in refrigerator closest to the front. [CA] Clean and sanitize routinely to prevent food contamination.

    Dead cockroaches trapped on glue board below shelving in the back away from food or food contact surfaces. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches or old droppings.
