On site for follow up inspection for routine inspection conducted on 11/1. Major violation K06 from routine inspection was not corrected. PIC corrected the violation during inspection. Repeat violation in this category may lead to enforcement actions. Ensure both hand wash sinks (at front area and near warewash area) are fully stocked with soap and single use paper towels.
