ROUTINE INSPECTION

The facility has gone through a change of ownership. Talked to the owner (Leticia) over the phone and stated that the ownership change happened back in July 2024. - Submit facility-evaluation-request-packet into the department within 2-buiness days. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. - Application was provided to PIC at the time of inspection. - Facility only sells prepackaged goods on site. No food preparation.
