1. 2-compartment sink in the ice cream preparation room was leaking. [corrective action] Repair the leak. 2. Observed ice cream scoop dipper well extend into the floor sink. [corrective action] Food service equipment must drain indirectly into the floor sink. Reinstall the drain line so there is an air gap, at least 1 inch above the rim of the floor sink.

1. Observed chemicals stored next to food items in the detached storage room. [corrective action] Store chemicals in a separate area that is below and away from food items. 2. The detached storage room appeared to be cluttered. [corrective action] Reorganize the room. Remove any items/equipment that are not used for this business.

Observed opened bags of dry ingredients in the detached storage room. [corrective action] Once bags are opened, store contents in a food container with tight fitting lid.
