This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violations mentioned on 7/21/25 inspection report have been addressed. Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K06: Adequate hand wash facilities supplied, accessible. All hand wash stations are fully stocked and operational at the time of inspection. - K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures. Under counter prep table in front of the cook line has been repaired properly. Keeping all PHFs below 41*F. See measured observations. Continue working on all other violations mentioned on 7/21/25 inspection report.

    Only hand wash station within kitchen area is blocked at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand washing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] PIC removed items from inside of the hand wash station. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.

  • K34: Warewash facilities: installed/maintained; test strips

    3-Compartment sink in the back of the facility has raw shrimp being prepped inside of it at the time of inspection. [CA] Use equipment based on the manufacturer's intended use. Discontinue this practice and use prep sink in the front of the facility.

  • K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperaturesCritical

    1. PHFs within steam table were measured between 112-114*F at the time of inspection. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] PIC re-heated all the food items and placed back on the steam table. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. 2. MAJOR: PHFs within under counter prep table in front of cook line were measured between 58-65*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they placed food items into unit in the morning (10PM). Also they have been having trouble with the unit. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] All PHFs items were VCD into the garbage.

    Metal slab of the walk in freezer door is coming off the wall. [CA] Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. Adhere the metal slab back onto the wall.

    Mens restroom urinal is not flushing at the time of inspection. [CA] Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean and in good repair.
