ROUTINE INSPECTION

All foods on steam table and Pinoy Street Food are on TPHC. Facility has new equipments such as: a 2 door upright cooler, a 2 door upright freezer, a hot holding cabinet, a hot holding display case, 2 grab and go coolers, 3 food warmers, a 2 drawer cooler, and a commercial microwave. Per PIC, two new sections (Baker's Avenue and Sizzle) will be added to Grill City. Discussed submitting plans to the Plan Check Program at this department.
