    At the 3 compartment sink, measured quaternary ammonia sanitizer at 100 PPM from the dispenser. Per operator, they are aware of an issue with the chemical supply line for the sanitizer. [CA] Ensure quaternary ammonia sanitizer is provided at 200 PPM to allow for adequate cleaning and sanitizing of utensils and equipment. Contact for repairs of the dispensing mechanism for the sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink.
