Lunch start 10:40 a.m. and 11:46 a.m. Wednesday: Lunch at 10:08 a.m. and 10:58 a.m. Usually employee starts reheating an hour before service per PIC. Reviewed delivery slip / temperature logs. Continue to add daily receiving temperature for PHFs. Facility participates in shared tables and collects food in crates with picture of foods allowed.
