Observed foods delivered by Choicelunch were marked delivered at 8:06AM and to discard at 12:06pm. Lunch was still being served at this time. [CA] - Food shall not be served and discarded after 4 hours from delivery. Salad was temped at 55F and enchiladas at 95F. Per logs, hot foods were 142F and cold foods were 41F at 8:06AM. The actual time foods entered the temperature danger zone was not determined. [SA] - Foods served until 12:30, end of lunch time. In the future, ensure ChoiceLunch delivers after 830am to ensure 4 hour rule is followed.
