    Employee washed dishes, changed sanitizer for 3rd compartment sink, took off gloves, without proper hand washing, put a new pair of gloves and try to open the fridge door and touch the cheese. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required. [COS] Manager stopped employee and guide employee to wash hand.
